Step 1: Book for a discovery call

This is where you are going to share your specific business needs, goals and plans. We will then recommend what type of assistance you need if you have not chosen yet, and match a team of virtual assistants who will be able to meet your business needs.

What to prepare for the call:

  • List out all the immediate things you want to be done
  • List out all the things you hope to be taken care of next
  • List of your your busines tactical plans, campaigns and goals (if any)

Step 2: Our Kick-off Call

We will then schedule a kick-off call where we will set a video conference with your team. During the call, you will meet your team directly so we can discuss company culture, expectations, communication style, business objective, and projects.

Your team consists of the following:

  • A Project Manager – who manages all your project. Your PM will see to it that your project requirements are complete so that everyone can go forward.
  • An Account Manager – who manages project tasks and assign it to the proper person with a specialization on a given task.
  • A team of Implementation Specialist – who each has their own special skills to meet whatever you need for your business.

Step 3: Onboarding, Tools Set Up and Task Delivery

We created a system where you will be properly and quickly boarded on the first week of working together. This way, you get the best of the team the soonest possible time. The first week is a crucial time to establish the following:

  • Our communication tools – how we can communicate work priorities and expectations. This would include project management tools, our socialization channel, email etc…
  • Access to your tools – we make use of password tools and documentation to ensure your login information are safe
  • Establish processes and/or SOP – how we can start with project tasks and work together smoothly
